Heading 4

Active Fall Prevention

Averaging over 30 seconds of advance notice, AFP eliminates 90% of unassisted chair and bed exits.

AFP brings control back to the nurse with instant real-time video and one-button calls into the patients room.

AFP - Use Cases:

Fall Prevention

With over 30 seconds of notice on average, nurses have time to intercept a fall

Sitter Replacement

Redeploy your resources for greater efficiency and use staff members only when it makes sense.

Nursing Utility

Hang a sensor in patient's room.  "Stirring" alerts and real-time video enable freedom and flexibility for nurses

“By the time most systems determine there’s an issue, the AFP solution has already sent live video to the nurse's phone.”

How does AFP achieve unprecedented speed and accuracy in predicting falls?

The AI engine was programmed based on 10,000 bed exits for the initial launch.

Seven years later, with continued refinement, it outperforms nurses at identifying bed exits with no false positives.

Beyond accuracy, the nurse has the information they need to decide the level of urgency and the best course of action (with no delays or other people to misinterpret or miscommunicate.)

Our mission is to make every alarm count, and reduce nuisance alarms.

Replace Sitters and deploy your staff more productively

"Stirring mode" alerts the nurse (with video) when patents come out of anesthesia or are agitated.

Monitoring station offers a centralized view of up to 80 patient rooms, and can initiate a patient room call if needed.

Sensors can be hung in a dock and monitoring in less than a minute for short-duration monitoring as needed.   (breaks, restroom...)

Balancing Privacy
and compliance
with critical vision

Leveraging a depth camera, the system delivers video that clearly shows patient position and movement, without any identifying features.  We call it 'ghost vision'.
